This engaging tale tells a hobbit's tale of a surprising travel to Dwarfs' Kingdom. It tells how the Dwarfs reclaimed their mountain with a little help from some unexpected places, and the return trip to the hobbits homeland. The author does a wonderful job of depicting the characters and places but I find the skipping of time here to there a bit unnerving. Interesting tale well worth the read BEFORE seeing the movies.
